Rogue and Gambit, Stigmatized
This is the first video I EVER make, so please work with me. I wanted to show Rogue and Gambit in all of the ways we know them: X-Men Comics, X-Men The Animated Series, X-Men: Evolution, Wolverine and the X-Men, and the X-Men movies, featuring Anna Paquin and super hot Taylor Kitsch. I don't own either the pictures I used for this vid, or the song (Stigmatized, by the Calling). And I LOVE Rogue+Gambit! Can you tell?

curious what comic series of Xmen and what books are some of these pics fro especial the ones where Rogue can touch Gambit ?

i know. i kinda liked taylor’s gambit, but the eyes and lack of a thick accent bothered me. and i think that anna was good as rogue, but then i’m just a really begin anna paquin fan. she could’ve done better but i don’t think that the role was written particularly well, and i don’t think that it’s entirely or even mostly her fault.

1. Wolverine just loves Jean (generally).
2. Rogue can`t touch people without hurting them, escept those times she’s lost her powers or stuff like that (in the comics).

Yeah they totally wrecked gambit in the movie. They said the eyes were to disracting. What a load of crap. He was born with red eyes and that is why his parents abandoned him. The movie people sure screw crap up don’t they? Taylor’s voice in the movie was also not the gambit voice I wanted him to have..not cajun enough for me

Yeah, I think they fell short for Rogue especially, but I gotta say, I strongly dislike Taylor’s Gambit too though. Part of that I don’t think is his fault, though. His powers are all weird, and he has brown eyes. BROWN! I mean, dang, Gambit’s entire history is pretty much due to those dang eyes (ie given up for adoption b/c of it, adopted into the thieves guild b/c of it, etc). And his accent was almost non-existent. They’re just not the Gambit and Rogue I grew up with.

I don’t really know X-Men, other than the movies. Did Wolverine love both Jean Grey and Rogue, or just Jean. And is it true (from the comics) that Rogue can never have sex because of her contact powers? If so, what a drag! Can’t even have her nipples sucked, which is even less risky than kissing!

i think they defined the love story of xmen, theirs was the most impossible love… imean imagine the woman/ man you love just infront of you but you cant even touch each other’s bare skin… compared to the jean/scott/logan love triangle which is very common and I’M VERY VERY FED UP with… i hope they do make something to compensate for the xmen couples…

the comics and the first cartoon were kick ass but in the movies and the other cartoons (x-men evelution, and wolvarien and the x-men) they totally FUCKED up the romy couple like WTF that IS the best damn part of the x-men stuffs!
