www.loganfiles.com - Wolverine Fansite When I was told that on April 28th Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment was going to release Marvel X-Men cartoon series on DVD I was ecstatic. I had grown up watching that series and thought that it was the best X-Men cartoon series they have made, better then "X-Men Evolution" and better then the new "Wolverine and the X-Men" The DVDs will have 16 episodes per volume and there is volume 1 & 2. Great news! I just recently read the news on TVShowsonDVD that X-Men Volume 3 and Volume 4 have just been announced to be released this September. Still, not enough details. There is artwork and it looks pretty nice. Check it out for yourself.

Its really no big deal. I’ve seen them in the same stores with and without the slipcovers. I ordered mine from Amazon and didn’t get the slipcovers. I hope X-Men Volume 3 gets announced very soon. Its already in the works, but its released date has not been announced yet.

but i thought they looked goos, i was used to old vhs taped episodes and viewing it on an old tv, so seeing it todat on a big HDTV is great

The quality is fine for an older TV show from the early 1990′s. It’s the best its looked.
I would have liked to have seen some bonus material.

May 29th, 2010 at 12:28 pm
if you are talking about my background, then yes it was taped from a tv and then greenscreened in and not at high quality way to do it, if you are talking about the actual dvds i disagree with you on a bigscreen HDTV it looks great, better then fox originally showed it on tv
