Just put a disclaimer in the description in big ass letters and they won’t take it down. I had the same prob but I started doing that and they stopped. Put it in the beginning so that they can see it immediately.

Darn. People have already taken my suggestions for other sites. Megavideo, Veoh, etc. Have you tried Dailymotion? I know of a few other video sites (like Toudou), but none of them are in English, so you might need a translator site to help out.
Is there somthing in the description that youtube keeps catching onto?

I love all of your videos, I ESP LOVE THIS VIDEO because I saw this video a while back (like over a year ago or something) and it was one of my fav X-Men youtube vids but of course youtube took it down… I still have it bookmarked in hopes Youtube would re-allow it… Some sites I think maybe you can check out are: Vimeo, Metacafe, Imeem, and maybe even Myspace??? I hope everything works out
