Captain America is the title of a low budget film based on the popular Marvel Comics superhero of the same name. While the film takes several liberties with the comic's storyline, it features Steve Rogers becoming Captain America during World War II to battle the Red Skull, being frozen in ice, and subsequently being revived to save the President of the United States. The film received a PG-13 rating from the Motion Picture Association of America. Filming was completed in 1990, but after test marketing the film to a preview audience, more stunts were added at the end. Intended for a major theatrical release, the movie ended up with various delays for any planned release. The film eventually ended up going straight to video, although it was given a very limited theatrical release overseas.

    Not really, watch the Old soldiers episode from The X-Men and you’ll understand why his suit is so important.

    colored spandex doesnt work much in the movies at least for spiderman and superman
    the xmen has intelligent wardrobe designers and damn the FAGGOT who put nipples on batman

    Thanks, I just saw that review and I have to say (pardon my language) how could they fuck up Superman so badly? and clone Hitlers? cyborgs that look like chickens? a aged, white bearded superman who’s piss weak and weilding a patheticly oversized mecha gun?!?! and dying at the end? NO! that is not superman! Chuck Austin needs his balls stuffed into his ass.

    I have seen both reviews and have watched every episode of the NC, and it is true, how a movie like this got made is beyond me, I suspect that the director had no soft spot for Captain America, much like Chuck Austin has no soft spot for Superman, see Linkara at thatguywiththeglasses and look under videos for him and find AT4W and watch his review of Superman At Earth’s End and you’ll see how he screwed up Superman.

    you should check out the websites “thatguywiththeglasses” and “Spoonyexperiment” as they reviewed the Captain America films….Ugh, how painful it was to see the icon of America made into some limp wristed sissy.

    With the nolstalgia critic, to check his older reviews, you have to first go to “videos’ then select ‘nolstalgia critic’ to see the list of well over 100 movie reviews.

    I loved Golan/Globus movies! Bring them back! I think I’m the only one who enjoyed this movie. Same with The Punisher.
