J. Jonah Jameson hires a petty thug to be transformed into a superhero to fight Spider-Man, and names him Scorpion. But Scorpion turns on his creators after he mutates and attempts to blow up a power plant. Spider-Man stops Scorpion from blowing up the plant, sending him to jail.
